1. Fendi - Fendigraphy Bag

The House of Fendi’s most coveted bags offer squarish bags with straight lines but creative director, Kim Jones decided to create a beautiful bags that is unlike any other Fendi piece. The Fendigraphy bag is a structured half-moon-shaped bag, featuring a very large logo underneath, that can be seen when worn as a shoulder bag. 

We’re obsessed with this designer bag, in fact, we have a sneaking suspicion that the Fendigraphy bag is going to be the new ‘it’ bag this year!

2. Louis Vuitton - Loop Bag

Be on the lookout for crescent-shaped bags this year because another one has made our list. 

Introduced at the Cruise 2022 show by Nicolas Ghesquière, the Loop bag is inspired by another Louis Vuitton classic, the Croissant bag from the House archives. It has a body-friendly, compact shape and a chain for shoulder carry, as well as a cross-body leather strap. The front zip pocket closes with a classy LV Circle zip pull.

3. Chanel - Chanel 22 Bag

For a long time now, the luxury world has focused on structured bags–but Chanel is running in the opposite direction now. In fact, fashion aficionados are now calling the Chanel 22 handbag the bag of the year! 

The bag was first spotted on the brand’s Spring-Summer 2022 Ready-to-Wear show by Virginie Viard. The Chanel 22 simply exudes simplicity and comfort–thanks to its light and extremely supple yet resistant leather. The bag is named after the year 2022 and references the Chanel No. 22 perfume that launched in 1922 as the house’s second fragrance, following the well-known iconic No. 5.

4. Givenchy - Kenny Bag

Many designer bags are named after iconic women–the Hermès ‘Birkin’ after Jane Birkin, Christian Dior’s ‘Lady Dior’ after Lady Di, and Gucci’s ‘Jackie’ after Jackie Kennedy, amongst others. Matthew M. Williams drew inspiration from a modern-day fashionista Kendall Jenner for Givenchy’s newest handbag style. 

Dubbed the ‘Kenny’ bag, after the model’s nickname, the handbag is beautifully supple, draped in calf leather and features the metal Givenchy 4G padlock–the House’s signature detail.
