Luxity is looking for a highly organised, commercially minded Marketing Manager, Brand & Growth to lead the execution of our marketing function across brand, activations, influencer campaigns, PR coordination and digital growth.
This is a hands-on management role for someone who can drive execution, coordinate multiple moving parts, manage external partners, and oversee a junior paid media specialist. The role is suited to someone who is practical, fast-moving and self-managed, and who is comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial business environment.
You will work closely with the CEO to turn strategic direction into effective campaigns that build the brand and drive measurable commercial results.
Core responsibilities
- Own and manage the marketing calendar across campaigns, launches, activations and brand moments
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across organic, influencer, PR, in-store and partnership channels
- Lead influencer sourcing, outreach, coordination and campaign follow-through
- Manage the relationship with the PR agency and oversee seeding, launches and communications support
- Plan and coordinate in-store activations, events and collaboration activity
- Oversee campaign messaging, marketing communications and copy quality
- Coordinate suppliers, production, partners and marketing logistics
- Manage marketing reporting, campaign effectiveness analysis and post-campaign reviews
- Work closely with the designer, social media assistant and leadership team to ensure aligned execution
- Manage and guide a paid media specialist responsible for digital acquisition campaigns
- Manage and guide a junior content creator
- Oversee paid media priorities, budget pacing and performance reviews, without needing to personally own every ad platform detail day-to-day
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Strong background in campaign execution, activations, influencer marketing, PR coordination and cross-functional marketing management
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
- Strong written communication and copy judgement
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to assess marketing effectiveness
- Experience managing agencies, partners, suppliers or junior team members
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
