First, fill in your name, contact details, make of watch, model number, watch age, condition and more.
Next, submit pictures of your item(s). Here, you need to make sure that all pictures are as clear as possible.
If you are selling multiple items, please ensure that there is an individual photo of each item as well as a clear image of the brand name in at least one image.

Alternatively, you can speak to us in person at our flagship stores. At the moment, we have two physical branches in South Africa. Our first branch is based in Johannesburg, in Melrose Arch - we also have a Cape Town store in Cape Quarter. Here, you can chat with our friendly staff and even drop off your items here to sell.
When submitting your designer items, providing further information about the products can be helpful. Original packaging, receipts, dust bags and boxes can all add to the authenticity of the item and make the process a lot quicker.
Once you submit your item(s), our skilled team of authenticators will then review your watch(es). We will then reach out to you within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) to let you know the status of your items.
Based on this you will receive an offer for either cash or to list your item on consignment.
Your buyout price will also be quoted based on the condition of your item, the brand as well as the item’s popularity.
Should you accept our offer, it is now time to get the item to us (unless you’ve dropped it off previously).
We will then contact you and inform you on how you should courier it to us. Alternatively, you could drop it off at one of our flagship stores in Cape Town or Johannesburg.
We will also inform you about any further steps and paperwork we require.

We will not consider an item that is not authentic and although we are not affiliated with any of the brands that we sell, we will cooperate with them by revealing scammers and reporting them to the necessary authorities.
