Role Overview
As the Head of Marketing at Luxity, you will work directly with our co-founders to shape and execute the overarching marketing strategy. You’ll start by managing our existing agency relationships and gradually bring key marketing functions in-house. This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and the vision to expand into new marketing avenues—such as events, sponsorships, and out-of-home advertising.
You’ll have the unique opportunity to build and lead an internal marketing team, coordinate budgets (with co-founder approval), and make a significant impact on our brand’s growth and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Budgeting
- Develop and refine a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Luxity’s business goals.
- Coordinate annual and quarterly budgets in collaboration with the co-founders.
- Identify new marketing channels for growth, including potential offline campaigns.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Hire, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team (digital, creative, and brand).
- Oversee external agencies while strategically moving key marketing functions in-house.
- Digital Marketing Excellence
- Drive end-to-end campaign management across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (AdWords).
- Leverage Google Analytics (GA) to track and optimize conversion metrics.
- Manage performance marketing budgets and optimize ROI.
- Branding & Messaging
- Maintain a strong, cohesive brand identity across all channels.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and creatives to produce compelling content that resonates with Luxity’s target audience.
- Offline & Integrated Marketing
- Explore event marketing, sponsorship opportunities, and billboard campaigns for brand expansion.
- Coordinate event plans, negotiate sponsorship deals, and evaluate out-of-home advertising’s effectiveness.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Define KPIs (e.g., ROI, CPA, brand awareness metrics) and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Use data-driven insights to refine campaign strategies and budget allocation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience & Track Record
- 5+ years in a senior marketing role with a proven track record of success with large or well-known brands.
- Significant experience in both digital and strategic marketing; retail or e-commerce background highly preferred.
- Technical Expertise
- Expert-level proficiency in Meta and Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (conversion tracking, data interpretation).
- Hands-on experience managing sizable online marketing budgets and optimizing campaigns for ROI.
- Strategic Thinker
- Able to plan and execute integrated marketing strategies (digital, offline, events).
- Skilled in translating business objectives into measurable marketing goals.
