We are looking for a Flagship Store Manager to lead one of our most high-performing locations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident in managing a large team, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where policy, standards, and results matter.
Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years of experience managing a large or flagship retail store
- Experience managing a team of 10–12 staff
- Extremely organized with excellent memory recall
- Strong knowledge of systems and processes, as well as high level of computer proficiency.
- Excellent knowledge of luxury customer service.
- Able to identify and action issues proactively, without the need for micromanagement
- Strong leadership with the ability to enforce company policies and procedures
- Deadline-driven, reliable, and solutions-focused
- Able to multitask effectively and remain calm under high-pressure conditions
- Confident managing performance, delegating tasks, and leading by example
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the flagship store
- Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures
- Drive team performance, motivation, and sales targets
- Maintain a high standard of store presentation and customer service
- Lead with discipline, accountability, and strong attention to detail
