We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Relations Specialist to join our team and oversee the customer relations of our sellers.
Job Description:
As a Customer Relations Specialist at Luxity, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our sellers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high-quality service standards. You will also be responsible for conducting research on product submissions to ensure their authenticity and value. Please note this is an in office role based in our head office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for seller inquiries and issues.
- Maintain and enhance seller satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
- Conduct thorough research on product submissions to verify authenticity and value.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to uphold high service standards.
- Identify and implement improvements to the customer relations process.
- Provide regular feedback to management on seller trends and concerns.
- Assist in the development and execution of seller engagement strategies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer relations or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to conduct detailed research.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience in the luxury resale or retail industry is a plus.
